Our investment strategy focuses on middle-market commercial properties with asset values from $5-$25M. We are opportunistic investors acquiring commercial properties where our team can drive significant new value and create superior returns on investments through five steps or less.

 

Additionally, Park Place Holdings is uniquely positioned to identify prime sites perfect for quick-serve restaurant (QSR) development. Beyond securing these sites, we offer construction management services for brands that need it, ensuring a seamless development process from start to finish.
