As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Caleb Hayes drives the vision, strategy, and overall direction at Caleb Hayes Enterprises (CHE), a midwest-born real estate investment company that owns Park Place Holdings, several Keller Williams Brokerages, Caliber Title, and several supporting businesses. Caleb plays an active role in shaping the investment strategy for Park Place Holdings. Under his leadership, Park Place Holdings has grown its portfolio by more than 180% per year. Caleb has over 17 years of real estate experience.

Caleb graduated top of his class at Northern Michigan University, with a BA in Construction Management.
