A nearly vacant 11,000 SF retail property in Appleton, WI stood in an excellent location between the ATW International Airport and Downtown Appleton. Prior to acquiring the asset, our team had already secured two new Class A tenants for the building and proceeded immediately with exterior renovations upon closing. The new upscale image and tenancies attracted additional tenants for the remaining vacant suites and the project is now 100% leased and occupied with multiple 10-year lease terms.

 

With an initial investment of $700K, the building is now valued at nearly $1.3M, almost doubling in value within 3 years. Our strategy going forward is to refinance the building and deliver to our investors 100% of their cash back and a long-term sustainable cash flow.
