Caleb Hayes partners with Knight Barry to launch Transfer Title,
which later dissolves in 2019, when Caliber Title is formed.
Keller Williams Fox Cities aquires The Premiere Group brokerage in Oshkosh, WI
and launches the Keller Williams Oshkosh Business Center.
Keller Williams Green Bay launches a satellite office in Manitowoc, WI.
Keller Williams Fox Cities launches the Keller Williams Stevens Point business center.
2018
Hayes University, an online real estate school launches
with a Residential Flipping course and pre-licensing class
Through flipping homes, the Boardwalk Properties team started holding a portion of the properties.
Marvin Gardens is founded to manage the residential holdings.
Caleb Hayes Enterprises is formed to support operations of all of Caleb Hayes’ companies through a unified vision.
The company offers shared services to its Real Estate Investment, Keller Williams Brokerages, and Private Equity divisions.
2019
Caleb Hayes launches the Hayes Brokerage Opportunity Fund #1
(”The FUND”) as a joint investment opportunity to all existing Caleb Hayes Enterprises associates.
Transfer Title is dissolved and Caliber Title is launched
with Keller Williams Agents and investors of the Hayes Brokerage Opportunity Fund #1.
Keller Williams Fox Cities launches a business enter in Wautoma, WI.
2020
The FUND invests in its first KW Market Center, KW Diversified, in Eau Claire, WI.
Caleb Hayes becomes an investor in KW Yellowstone Properties (Billings, MT).
The FUND invests in its second KW Market Center, KW Integrity WI/MN (Hudson, WI)
Caliber Title expands into its 3rd location: Eau Claire, WI
CHE’s KW offices launch Independent Mega Agent Offices
in Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Chetek and Rice Lake, WI along with another in Manistique, MI.

The FUND officially expands its footprint into Minnesota
when KWRI approves the transfer of the Eden Prairie, MN office in January.
